Inner Plastik

Inner Box

  • An inner box contains the inner plastic and usually has the most intricate design as it will be placed on shelves for the end customers to purchase. Please inform us if you require barcodes or shrink wrapping outside the inner boxes.
  • Sizes: 1kg, 500g, 250g or custom
  • Variations: single wall (for 250g & 500g), duplex (for 1kg above), UV finishing, matte finishing, water finishing, embossing, gold/silver stamp, hologram

Master box

  • A master box contains all the inner boxes to protect your beautiful design from the wear and tear of container shipping. We can also ship charcoal with only plastic packaging and no inner box. We can also do box strapping for added security.
  • Sizes: 20kg, 15kg, 10kg or custom

As a manufacturer, all our prices are FOB Semarang, Indonesia. We can help you book shipping and then you can pay directly to the shipping agent.

This is the preferred method by our customers since not all shipping lines carry coconut charcoal since it is classified as dangerous goods and requires specific documents. We can help you work with a specialist shipping agent and also provide a lower value invoice for tax purposes if you need it. No matter how little you order, the shipping company will require you to use at least one whole twenty foot container. Shipping with LCL is currently not possible with charcoal to most countries

Our minimum order is 15 tons for all destinations, however it would be more economical to order a full 20ft container (18-20 tons) which you can split into a maximum of two different shapes/packaging in one container. LCL is currently not possible with charcoal.

(Perseroan Terbatas or PT.) based in Semarang, Indonesia.

We have worked with a range of brands and are happy to customise anything from the charcoal shape to the final product packaging. If you do not
23 have a box or design, we have an in house design team that can assist you free of charge with a full 20 ft container order

PT. Eco Bumi Corporindo tests each batch of charcoal produced daily at our manufacturing plant for weight, size, ash content and hardness. We listen to each customer’s concerns with quality and can adjust our testing procedures to your taste. Packing is done by our experienced packers who pick out each charcoal that is the wrong size, shape or texture. Prior to stuffing, each shipment is independently analysed by an external laboratory to determine its chemical composition (ash content, moisture, volatile matter, fixed carbon).
As a supplier, we understand that if your business goes well, our business goes well too. As it will be impossible to address any complaints once whole containers are sent, we encourage brands to check the quality of their products for themselves before the container gets sent, either by entrusting a surveyor to test at our factory or by doing a factory visit themselves.
